That's why I don't watch news on TV (except BBC World News), read mostly just the headlines of printed papers, and I constantly monitor BBC's RSS feed. That's it for the most part. The news on TV is trully pathetic.... 1) Whenever someone disappers, they play one, possibly two interviews of the family 2) Whenever something that'll involve military happens, they interview all sorts of retired generals and what not about "what's going to happen" I think that if it wasn't for the 24/7 coverage of useless crap (like kidnapings, etc.), channels like CNN would have _NOTHING_ to air. At least nothing that interests the average American. The letter after a politician's name drives me crazy as well. Actually, what drives me crazy is the "I always vote republican/democrat." That's outright stupid! If everyone always votes the same way, why bother at all? People should vote on issues, _NOT_ ass or elephant.
